This page covers everything swarm.os collects about you when you visit this site or use the contact form. If it feels short, that is on purpose — we collect almost nothing.
The only personal information swarm.os collects is what you type into the contact form on this site: your name, business name, industry, email address, and whatever message you write. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts that profile visitors.
Form submissions go straight into our Google Workspace: a private spreadsheet and an email inbox that only the swarm.os team can access. Nothing is copied to a marketing platform, ad network, or third-party CRM.
We use your information for exactly one purpose: to reply to your inquiry. We do not sell your information, share it with third parties, or use it to build ad audiences. There are no ad pixels on this site.
We keep your information for as long as it is relevant to our conversation with you. If you ask us to delete it, we will.
You can ask to see what we have on file, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email info@swarmos.ca and we will handle it directly, no forms or portals.
This site does not set cookies and does not currently run analytics. If that changes in the future, we will update this line to say so, plainly, before it happens.
