Data deletion
Effective August 17, 2026
If you have sent us anything through this site, you can ask us to delete it. This page sets out exactly what we hold, how to ask, and what happens next.
If you filled in a form on this site (the form on the homepage, the application page, or the enterprise page), we hold what you typed: your name, your email address, the kind of business you run, and the monthly marketing spend range you picked. Stored alongside it is how you arrived: the campaign parameters carried in the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content), the site that referred you if there was one, and which page the form was sent from. That record goes through a Google Apps Script endpoint into a Google Sheet owned by SwarmOS Inc. Nothing else on this site collects personal information.
Traffic is measured with Plausible Analytics. It is cookieless, it does not follow you across sites, and it records aggregate counts only. Nothing in it identifies you, so there is no individual record of you there to delete.
The confirmation page shown after a form is sent loads the Meta advertising pixel, which fires a Lead event so Meta can match an enquiry to the advert that produced it. That data sits with Meta and is governed by Meta’s own data policy rather than ours. You can review and clear what Meta holds about your activity on other sites in your Facebook settings, under Off-Facebook Activity.
Email info@swarmos.ca with the subject line Data deletion request.
Two honest limits. Analytics holds nothing individual to delete, as described above. And the data Meta collected through its pixel belongs to Meta, so we cannot delete it on your behalf; the Off-Facebook Activity controls in your Facebook settings are the way to clear that.
swarm-wire is a Meta app we use to schedule posts to, and pull reporting from, accounts that SwarmOS Inc. owns: our own Facebook Page, our own Instagram account, and our own ad account. It reads and writes our business data only. It does not collect, request, or store data belonging to any other Facebook or Instagram user, so there is no third-party user data held in that app for us to delete.
Questions about deletion, or about anything else we hold, go to info@swarmos.ca. Our privacy policy is at swarmos.ca/privacy.
Plain-language version; have your counsel review before relying on it.
